TOWN LIFT HOUSE

Looking for the perfect Park City Vacation Home? This lovely chalet-style home offers a large deck and has been thoughtfully decorated with mountain decor. Town Lift House lives up to its name and is located just one block from the Town Lift PCMR. The home is on the bus route for easy access to other resorts or the grocery store and is a short walk to Main Street for restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Located minutes from world-class golf, fly-fishing, and hiking and biking trails, it’s easy to explore all that PC has to offer from this family or group-friendly home.

Four bedrooms: the master has a queen along with a twin, and its own full bath with tub. The other two bedrooms upstairs share a bath; one room has a double bed and the other two twins. The fourth bedroom located downstairs has a double bed as well and uses the bathroom next to it. There is a large dining room table to eat on, as well as counter space with stools for a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes. Washer/dryer and fireplace as well.

Restaurants, bars, and shopping are steps away from the house offering plenty of nighttime entertainment.

42-inch flat-screen tv in the living room, stereo, VCR/DVD in the living room. Additional tv in the master bedroom.

Private hot tub on deck (winter season only). Weber BBQ provided for your use as well. Large deck for sitting outside during the summer season.

CANCELLATIONS

Half of the total lodging per unit is due within 7 days of booking to hold a reservation. Balance, including tax, is due 45 days prior to arrival. No refunds for late arrival or early departure. Payments may be made by check only. 13.37%state/local lodging tax added to all rentals.

Parking

Two parking passes are provided for street parking. There are no reserved spaces. The street parking can be difficult in the wintertime with all of the snow so we recommend that you take a shuttle from the airport and taxis or the free bus or walk once in. This will save you the hassle of having to worry about your car and driving and parking instead of enjoying your vacation. If you do decide to rent a car and park on the street by the house please be sure to use the parking passes provided.
